Massage Therapy
Community Health Professionals has state-licensed massage therapists on staff to assist with hospice pain and symptom management. Our massage therapists also operate private practices that are available to the public. Massage therapy is a skillful touch applied to the body to encourage healing and relief of pain and anxiety. Massage therapy is always provided in a discreet, professional manner.
 
 
WIC
Community Health Professionals, Inc. is the sponsoring organization for the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) program in Van Wert County.
 
WIC is a nutrition education program that provides nutritious foods which promote good health for pregnant women, women who just had a baby, breastfeeding moms, infants and children up to age five. In addition to education and support, WIC provides immunization screening and referral, health care referrals, and supplemental foods.

Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a baby less than six-months-old, an infants and children up to five-years-old are eligible to apply for WIC. To qualify, applicants must live in Ohio, meet WIC income guidelines and meet certain nutritional or health risks.
 

 

The Angel Foundation
The Angel Foundation facilitates wishes for adults in Ohio at the end-of-life. The Angel Foundation is an independent, nonprofit organization that was established by Community Health Professionals in 1995. To learn more about The Angel Foundation, click (here).
