Bereavement Groups

  
Community Health Professionals offers three unique bereavement groups to support those grieving the loss of a loved one. Bereavement groups are an appropriate follow-up for loved ones who have been served by the hospice program, but are NOT limited only to those served by hospice.

The following groups are FREE and open to anyone who has experienced loss and is dealing with grief-related issues.

  • A New Morning - meets second Saturday of each month , 9:30 a.m. at Community Health Professionals, 1159 Westwood Dr., Van Wert . Call 419-238-0200 for more information. Through sharing similar circumstances, the group provides emotional support and encouragement and the opportunity to develop relationships beyond the group settin g. To view a brochure, click here.

  • Seasons of Life - is an eight-week cycle bereavement support group that is offered at various times throughout the year a t Community Health Professionals of Paulding, 250 Dooley Dr., Suite A, Paulding   .   • Tomorrow's Angels meets first Tuesday of each month, 6 p.m. at Community Health Professionals of Celina, 816 Pro Drive . Call 419-586-1999 for more information. The group provides a time for bereaved individuals to discuss problems they may be encountering; and the opportunity to connect with others and learn coping skills.
