Beacon of Hope is Community Health Professionals' annual fundraising event for hospice. These events are hosted by each CHP location throughout the year.
The Beacon of Hope brings our communities together for a time of remembrance, celebration and fun; while raising needed funds to provide hospice services to those in need. We use a lighthouse as a symbol of the "beacon of hope" that hospice provides to families with loved ones facing the end-of-life.
Each year, a local family who has been served by CHP's hospice program is chosen to present a lighthouse to honor all who have been served by Community Health Professionals' Visiting Nurses and Hospice programs. The lighthouses are displayed at each of our locations.
Beacon of Hope events also include a dinner and charity auction. You can support hospice by donating items to the auction, attending the dinner, or making a monetary donation. For your convenience donations may be charged to your VISA or MasterCard. For more information, contact your nearest CHP office or donate online by clicking here.
