 Our Mission
The mission of the Angel Foundation is to facilitate the fulfillment of lifelong dreams or wishes for adults in Ohio with terminal illness.
A lifelong dream or wish may consist of any realistic request that will make a significant difference in the physical, emotional or spiritual well-being of the wish recipient.The commitment of the Angel Foundation is to empower communities and recipients to share in the joy of bestowing a gift of love.
The Angel Foundation combines funds from the recipients home community with other resources to make wishes come true.
How We Are Unique
The Angel Foundation was established by Community Health Professionals in 1995.While there are several organizations which grant wishes to terminally-ill children, adult wish providers are very rare.
The Angel Foundation is the only adult wish provider in Ohio, and one of only a few such organizations in the nation!
