Seasonal Home Maintenance |
Jason Sinning, a staff maintenance person with Community Health Professionals' Private Duty Services, is available on a private pay basis at an hourly rate to provide labor for the following seasonal home maintenance projects.
Van Wert County only

Caulking windows
- Cleaning gutters (one story homes only)

Furniture assembly (book shelves, tables, etc.)

Gardening

Landscaping

Mowing (mower provided; cost of fuel additional)

Painting

Stone leveling

Trim work (interior & exterior-one story homes only)

Yardwork (raking, moving dirt)
Fee: $17/hour - 2 hour minimum
Fee is for labor
only.
Materials and supplies
must be furnished by the client.
